RETURNS
Boozy Beans and Moon Treats does NOT accept returns on any edible products. If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Management. Refunds exclude shipping costs. Special orders cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, issues during shipment are out of our control, and on occasions, orders get damaged. Boozy Beans and Moon Treats offers a replacement for products that are determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us at info@boozybeansandmoontreats.com , you will need to provide your order number and photos of the damaged product to determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped. To cancel your order you can email us at info@boozybeansandmoontreats.com and include your order number. Special orders cannot be canceled.
